(2) Commitments ranging from $500,000 to $5,000,000,

(3) Equity financing for the development of a single property or a multi-property pipeline,

(4) Investment periods of 1 to 3 years, and

(5) Financing options include:

(i) Preferred equity or mezzanine debt to fund property development, and

(ii)guaranteed take-out to acquire the property, upon completion of development,

at a pre-determined price.
